Scott reported on the lawsuit
Preminger vs VA. Hearing will be on Mon
Aug 9, where they are expecting a preliminary injunction. Steve was banned from the premises so that
he wouldn’t engage in partisan activity.
The lawsuit should dramatize the administration’s desire to keep people
from voting.

Endorsement interviews will be held on Aug 23, 24, &
