The Asian Law Alliance, UNSCC, and the Berryessa Citizens Advisory Council are co-sponsoring a Candidates' Night for Assembly District 23 at the Berryessa Community Center, 3050 Berryessa Rd., San Jose. Khanh Tran, Mark Patrosso, Warner Bloomberg III, Kathy Chavez Napoli, Joe Coto, or Patricia Martinez-Roach will replace Manny Diaz. All have committed except Khanh, who will send a spokesperson. The debate will start at 7:30 p.m.
The new voting machines will be available for demonstration at 7:00 p.m. Voter registration forms and the Easy Voter Guides for the March Primary in various languages will be available as well. There will be refreshments afterwards.
